In 2020, she was one of the co-founders of The Nonviolent Communication Association in Sweden, where she has been heavily involved ever since. She currently sits on the Board as Treasurer.
Kristiina has over 30 years of experience working in healthcare and is a registered specialist nurse. In her professional life, she meets people in crisis and difficult life situations, and provides support based on both professional expertise and a deep human commitment.
In addition to her work with NVC, Kristiina has specialised in the development of human consciousness. She is trained in International Stages, an organisation based on research into how people's inner capacities, perspectives and maturity develop through life. Kristiina is in the final stages of her certification in this field.
Amy Dyer, is an NVC enthusiast!
Since 2015, she has participated in several multi-year NVC training programmes and held courses both online and in person, in both English and Swedish. For the last three years, she has also worked as a creative organiser, administrator and contact person for three different actors in the NVC field.
She is also working towards certification in Somatic Consensus - a methodology that focuses on embodying NVC through practical exercises. Thanks to this unique combination of continuous professional development, in-house training and professional involvement in NVC, Amy has built up a broad and deep experience over the past 10 years. She is passionate about showing
how NVC can support people to find their way home and live with integrity in all their relationships.
When we see how NVC can help us with challenging everyday situations in our life, or increase joy and gratitude, we are often curious to learn more about NVC.
A warm welcome to you!

Kristiina Krank
Kristiina Krank has over 30 years of experience working in healthcare and is a registered specialist nurse and Certified Trainer in Nonviolent Communication (NVC). She has organised NVC workshops both on site and online. She explains the NVC tool by bringing up clear examples or situations that most people probably recognise themselves in that lead to new insights and skills. Kristiina has an ability to create a lot of safety in the room which contributes to space for reflection, aha experiences and transformations of old behavioural patterns so that new more constructive choices can be made.
