Pathways to Freedom
7 relationship skills - from reactivity to relationship competence
From unconscious reactivity, via conscious training, to a new way of being - natural, integrated and stable.
Pathways to Freedom is a development programme for those who long for more structure, direction and continuity in their personal and relational development. The programme consists of 28 trainable relationship skills. This is part 1 of 4, where you get to work with the first seven basic skills. Through practical training with others, you will have the opportunity not only to understand, but also to put the insights directly into your everyday life.

If the cancellation is made four weeks or less before the start of the course, no fee will be refunded. However, individual situations are taken into account, and dialogue is a key part of how such situations are handled. My ambition is to find solutions that meet everyone's needs.

Kristiina Krank
Kristiina Krank has over 30 years of experience working in healthcare and is a registered specialist nurse and Certified Trainer in Nonviolent Communication (NVC). She has organised NVC workshops both on site and online. In 2019 she co-organised a 9-day international training in NVC, an IIT (International Intensive Training) in Stockholm with over 60 participants. 2020 she was one of the founders of “Föreningen Nonviolent Communication i Sverige” where she has been strongly involved. She sits on the board as treasurer. Participants usually describe her approach as pedagogical, methodical, interesting and thought-provoking. She explains the NVC tool by bringing up clear examples or situations that most people probably recognise themselves in that lead to new insights and skills. Kristiina has an ability to create a lot of safety in the room which contributes to space for reflection, aha experiences and transformations of old behavioural patterns so that new more constructive choices can be made.
